We use encrypted platforms (Mailchimp, Google, UpViral, Zoom) and do not sell or trade your data.

Third-Party Tools
These may include scheduling and email software. Their privacy policies apply separately.

Section 2: Savings Guarantee & Audit Protection Terms & Conditions

Savings Guarantee Terms
Our 2x ROI Savings Guarantee applies to all paid Savings Bundles.

What’s Guaranteed:
If your bundle doesn't uncover at least 2x your purchase price in actionable tax, insurance, and personal savings, we’ll refund the difference — no questions asked.

In the rare event of an IRS or insurance-related audit:

• If the audit results from an error or oversight on our part, we will cover all associated audit support costs at no charge to you.

• If the audit stems from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you, we will still support you — and offer up to 50% off our standard audit assistance fees.

Our commitment is to accuracy, protection, and your long-term peace of mind.  We believe in building long-term relationships.

To Qualify:

• The intake form must be fully completed

• All requested documentation must be submitted

• Your savings plan must be delivered and reviewed

• You must submit any disagreement or dispute within 10 days of delivery

Savings May Include:

• Tax filing strategy changes

• Business entity optimization strategies

• Missed deductions or credits

• Medicare or ACA plan optimization

• Insurance cost reduction or policy replacement strategies

• Budget optimization strategies

• Restructuring of income, expenses, and/or benefits to increase cash flow, reduce the amount paid in taxes (legally), and reduce audit risk

📌 Our Savings Guarantee covers the value of a completed plan. We cannot guarantee results for clients who do not take action on the recommendations provided.

Exclusions:

• Incomplete or inaccurate data given

• Missed appointments

• Failure to submit supporting documentation

• Passive or unverifiable savings

• Failure to complete the process

• Refusal to implement recommendations

Special Note — Monthly Cap Policy:

Due to the personalized and detailed involvement that is included in the fulfillment and delivery of each Savings Bundle, the number of bundles given away or sold will be limited monthly.  What does this mean?

• A maximum of 10 Savings Bundles will be given away or sold monthly

• Once the maximum number of Savings Bundles is given away or sold, any additional requests or giveaways will be rolled over into the following month for fulfillment and delivery

We may run referral-based promotions via platforms such as UpViral.

How It Works:

• Share your unique referral link across your social media platforms and email — each share gives you additional points toward the grand prize

• Earn points or rewards when your referrals book consultations

• Top referrers may win free bundles, bonus rewards, gift cards, or discount gift certificates, depending on the particular giveaway at the time

Disclaimers:

• Zero purchase is required to participate

• Rewards are not cash-convertible unless stated

• The program may be updated or cancelled at any time

• The monthly cap policy wholly determines fulfillment and delivery timeframes of Savings Bundles — if the monthly cap has been reached, you can expect fulfillment and delivery to occur the following month
